As part of the 7 for 7 challenge here’s a fun workout you can do anywhere! I’ve called it Pulsey (Pulsey Mc Pulsey was just too long hehe)

It’s 15 seconds of exercise, 5 second hold, 15 seconds of pulses I’m demonstrating lots of different options to suit all fitness levels & accommodate for injuries.
