Cardio – 45:15 intervals – 10:00mins
We’re going to be using the same format of 45 seconds of exercise, 15 seconds of rest… Or you can make it harder/easier as needed.
Cardio – Tabata – 10:30mins
A quick little Tabata workout cardio style!
(20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest x 3 rounds).
