Welcome to the 7 for 7 Challenge – ABS WORKOUT 🙂
We’re going to do 45 seconds of exercise, 15 seconds of rest.
If you want to make this harder you can go for the full 60 seconds or easier cut down the time to suit you on the day!

For this workout we’re going to be doing 30 second rounds.
If you’re familiar with boxing and you don’t have any injuries you can take it up a gear, by grabbing some DB’s to punch with.
(Obviously that’s punch the air, not connecting with anything hehe).
