I think when it comes to living a fit and healthy lifestyle it’s all about balance.
Some trainers will tell you “just say no” or “just don’t do it” but that’s not how I roll. On occasions I want to enjoy things and not beat myself up or feel guilty about them.
And to do that I need to be educated so I can make the best choices for me!
